PRESERVING AND HANDING DOWN TRADITIONS
Despite the value of homemade products, we usually prefer the "ready-to-use" ones, chromatically well ordered on endless shelves. We are attracted by the favorable price while forgetting the supply chain that lies behind it.
Our "homemade" products are born not only to "preserve" our traditions, often handed down orally within the domestic sphere, but also from the desire to support the small local production, from the raw material to the final product.
