Our team is young, unhinging hierarchies and favoring teamwork and collaboration. Our strength lies in uniting our roots, in combining tradition and innovation from multiple horizons: the world of music, art, and fashion.
An added value and turning point have been the choice to make the brigade itself the real operational and managerial part among the fires, without a dominant figure over the others.
Despite the initial difficulties, we can now say that this choice is a source of pride for the entire staff and represents teamwork in its purest and most sincere essence.

CHEF, first courses
Guglielmo, called Gugu, is gritty and original, sweet and curious, witty and forgetful. His motto is "A life without salt, what kind of life is it?". A combination of ingenuity and delicacy that in his dishes becomes a mix of delicious pleasure.

Ambassador of Japanese taste, she becomes a cook for love. We often wonder if she has hidden superpowers because, between family and work, she never really stops! Her creativity and her love for fresh ingredients immediately found fertile ground in the brigade! As she always says, Japanese cuisine is not just sushi, but an infinite universe of wonderful flavors!
CHEF, MAIN COURSES
Silent and elegant Ninja is the king of fermentation. Passionate about photography, he conveys creativity and style in the composition of his dishes.

Bright and penetrating oriental eyes.
A black braid that denotes calm, professionalism and refinement, but hides a touch of madness. Unstoppable, full of ideas, positivity, and passion. In case everything goes wrong, Plan B is the cabaret!

BARTENDER
A dazzling smile as graceful as a butterfly that turns into a lion behind the counter. His drinks are spatial. Over the years, he has refined his technique more and more and came to Terrazza Belvedere with a project: to propose a line of twist and homemade drinks that fits in with the philosophy of the restaurant, in harmony with the Lounge and the kitchen. Funi-Bar is his stage, and his sympathy spares no one.

PASTRY CHEF
Jessica, called J, in the kitchen, sets everyone in line. Her sourdough is called Anacleto and her dessert - not dessert - are as explosive as she is. She overlooked into the kitchen when she was very young, spending her afternoons in her grandfather's oven playing with water and flour.
